Shipping & Fulfillment Information

We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, you’ll find detailed information about our fulfillment timelines, shipping options, carriers, holiday impacts, and international policies.


Fulfillment Times

Our warehouse team works hard to pack and ship your order with care. Please allow the following timelines for processing before your order ships:

  • Standard Orders: 5–7 business days

  • Sales Events / High-Volume Periods: 7–10 business days

Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:
Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed during or directly before a holiday may experience slight delays in processing.


Shipping Options 

We offer several shipping options to fit your needs:

  • Free Standard Shipping (3–6 business days) Free shipping is available for CA Addresses on product totals of $200.00 or more (excluding shipping fees, taxes, and discount codes).

  • Expedited Shipping services are available for CA addresses only.

Important Expedited Shipping Information

To ensure clarity and accuracy, please keep the following in mind:

  • Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

  • Expedited shipping services operate Monday–Friday only (excluding holidays).

  • Expedited shipping must be paid before 12:00 PM EST M-F to qualify for same-day fulfillment.

  • Carrier transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Orders placed on a federal holiday will begin processing the next business day.

Major Holidays That May Impact Shipping

    1. New Year’s Day – January 1

    2. Good Friday – Friday before Easter Sunday (date varies)

    3. Easter Monday – Monday after Easter Sunday 

    4. Victoria Day – Monday preceding May 25

    5. Canada Day – July 1 (observed July 2 if July 1 is a Sunday)

    6. Labour Day – First Monday in September

    7. Thanksgiving – Second Monday in October

    8. Remembrance Day – November 11 

    9. Christmas Day – December 25

    10. Boxing Day – December 26

      • Provinces and territories may have additional statutory holidays.

Please note that carriers may also observe additional closures or modified schedules around these dates.
