Manufacturer Defect Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our gear! Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery.


Coverage

  • Clothing & Gear: 6 months from delivery date

  • Shoes: 12 months from delivery date


What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or items such as, but not limited to:

  • Accidental damage or improper care

  • Animal damage (bites or scratches)

  • Alterations

  • Snags, scuffs, holes, cuts, fraying, burns, pilling, or similar damage


How to Submit a Claim

  1. Email [email protected]

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach photos of the issue

Please note: We do need to verify your purchase before assisting with any warranty claims.
