After submitting a return through our Return Portal, you can manage your return using the confirmation email sent to you.

How do I view my return label and instructions?

Open your return confirmation email and click “View My Return” to access your return status page, where you can view your return label and instructions.

Can I edit or cancel my return?

Yes! Click “View My Return” in your confirmation email to access the available options to edit or cancel your return request.

Do return labels or QR codes expire?

Yes. Some label options, including QR codes, expire within a specific timeframe. Check your confirmation page for the expiration details associated with your order.

Please note: Once an expiring label option, such as a QR code, expires, it cannot be regenerated. If your QR code expires, you may need to use another available return label option.
