After you drop off your return package, it typically takes a few business days for it to reach us. Once delivered, our team will review and approve the return before updating your account. Once approved, we quickly process your exchange or refund.

Please note that regular exchange items aren't reserved until we receive the returned item. Our team does not process returns on weekends or federal holidays.
