Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please note that we do not have an hour-by-hour fulfillment tracking system (as much as we’d love to provide a play-by-play of your order’s journey, complete with a tiny warehouse moose keeping watch 🫎). Your estimated fulfillment timeframe is provided at checkout and is also included in your order confirmation email. This timeframe reflects the time needed for our warehouse team to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order before it ships.

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, tracking updates will become available through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please keep in mind that carrier tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may not update immediately after shipment.
