How Do I Apply a Promo Code, Store Credit, or Gift Card?Updated 23 days ago
To apply a promo code, Born Primitive store credit, or gift card:
- Proceed to checkout and enter your code or credit information in the applicable checkout field.
- Click “Apply” and confirm that the discount or credit has been applied before completing your purchase.
Please note:
- Only one discount code may be used per order.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with sales, promotions, or other offers unless specifically stated.
- The same checkout process applies for Born Primitive store credit — store credit must be applied during checkout before completing your order.
- Discount codes, store credit, and promotional offers must be applied before an order is submitted. We are unable to add, adjust, or apply credits or discounts after checkout is completed.
- Some collections, products, or limited releases may be excluded from discount codes and promotional offers.
- We currently do not offer split payment options. Multiple forms of payment cannot be combined on a single order, including Visa gift cards, prepaid cards, or similar payment methods.
- If using a third-party gift card (such as a Visa gift card), the total order amount — including merchandise, taxes, and shipping fees — must be equal to or less than the available balance on the gift card. Orders cannot be split across multiple payment methods to cover remaining balances.
For eligible customers, ID.me verification is available at checkout for select groups. Availability and eligibility vary by program, and verification must be completed before the discount can be applied.
