How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. To check your order status or view your order history at any time, simply log into your Born Primitive Account.
Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team at [email protected] as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
No worries! You can sign up for restock alerts:

Can I use my discount code during a sale? Can I use more than one code?

Can I edit or change my order after placing it?
